This prestigious award celebrates women who are making a meaningful impact through leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, mentorship, business excellence, and community involvement. When Dr. Chandiramani opened Louisville Orthodontics, her vision was to create an office where patients receive exceptional clinical care in a welcoming, personalized environment. After training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completing her orthodontic residency at the University of Louisville, Dr. Chandiramani chose to build an independent, doctor-owned practice dedicated to combining advanced technology with individualized treatment. She knew from her experience working for a corporate dental group that she wanted to do better for her community and patients. She wanted every patient to see the same orthodontist throughout their entire smile journey and to not feel like just another patient in a busy office.
Each year, Louisville Business First honors professional women who demonstrate outstanding leadership while making significant contributions to both their businesses and the Louisville community. Being included among this year’s group of accomplished leaders is an incredible honor and one that reflects not only Dr. Chandiramani’s work, but also the dedication of the entire Louisville Orthodontics team.
